March 17: An Announcement

Rancho Bernardo, CA

Tomorrow (Sunday) with weather permitting I’ll be doing a bit of aerial photography from a helicopter. The subject is a mass protest against a planned rock quarry near Temecula. My friend Lynn, who is one of the organizers, has asked me to grab some publicity shots.

Let us hope the weather will clear in time to do the mid-day shoot. We’ve been ‘plagued’ with (euphemistically speaking) late night and early morning low clouds.

Check back Sunday night to see my posts.

Canon PowerShot SD550

Have a great time! This is a wonderful shot. I love the low clouds--but probably not too good for aerial photography. :)

How cool! I've always wanted to fly in a helicopter. I sure hope the fog lifts and you have good weather. Look forward to all the shots!
