Recently, we had some yard work done. One of the things that was transplanted was this snowball viburnum. The company doing the work did not guarantee transplants, so I was very encouraged to see this touch of green springing from the branches this soon after the transplant. I guess it is alive after all.
My original idea for the picture as seen below was a touch of green in a mostly empty flower bed. I ran out of money to complete the backyard, so we will have to do that next spring. It's a little blury.
