The View in the Cockpit

Back on the bike again, after a seven week rehabilitation for a knee
injury. Feels good to be cycling again!

This was taken a little over twenty miles into today's 25 miler. At
the moment, I was going kinda slow -- a little over 9 miles an hour.
The black bag on the left is holding my iPod -- you can see the white
cable snaking out the top and up to my ears (out of frame). The white
taped things are called bar-ends, they are added to the bike to give
me additional places to put my hands (and in different positions, as
well), which relieves the monotony of the same position all the time.

other sizes: small medium original auto

I thought I'd commented on this one but I don't see anything. Itsa great shot and I like the perspective.

Marvelous shot. :) Hey, keep your eyes on the road--ahead of the bike.

Whoa, shouldn't you be starting out slower? Nice capture.

Very good. You must be an excellent cyclist to do all of this at one time.

Far out shot... and it is good to see you on the road again.

I miss riding, I used to make laps at the Lakefront in Lakeview, but I need to get another road bike again. One day soon I'll ride again.
