08 March 2007...I thought of doing the Thrusday challenge today (theme was bows and buttons) but decide to stick with the orchids. Like yesterdays, this was taken on the kitchen island with the overhead kitchen lights - I was trying to isolate a single bud which was quite difficult since there are 6 on the stem... I ended up cloning out small bits on the upper right corner of this one. Really liked this shot - sort of a "Here I Am" look to it.
