I remember running down these steps with my cousin, must've been mid-80's. We were visiting from the States and I was home-sick for a cheeseburger, so he took me to McDonald's. Was that in the basement of the building on the upper-right? Near where the two people are walking?

If you follow the steps, you will arrive Hong Kong Botanic Garden.
I remember walking up and down these steps with my Mum - going to the government doctor up near government house. There was a lamp man selling lamp shades at the bottom, or maybe that was the stairs further along?
