Graphics Challenge #74. Money. It's been called the root of all evil, and makes the world go
'round. We're giving you some money this week, use it wisely! This week's theme is
Money. The idea is to use elements from each of the starting images (quarters, euros
and coins) to create something new. It's just coins this week next time we'll break out
the notes. Use your imagination and have some fun!

I used the lyrics from the song "I Need Money" as the background layer. Made another
layer for the coins and positioned the supplied photos (quarters, euros and coins) on it.
I merged the two layers then used CrystalBall, Neon Nights, and ZigZag. Extracted the
Liberty coin, put it on another layer by itself, ran Ink Outlines and Posterize on that
layer. I used Photoshop Elements 4.0 to make this image.
