When a ranger has found a tiger in the jungle, a message is sent via mobile phones to drivers, and cars converge nearby. Rangers organise tourists on to an elephant to go into the jungle and see the tiger. Up to three elephants might be working at a time, so tourists have a good chance of seeing the tiger before it moves away. This procedure is called a "tiger show".
