Another personal fave b&w picture of mine, despite the harsh light on her.
It just made me amaze and admire the strength and perseverance of many Indian women
I'd seen. They carried so much burden on their head and on their shoulders.

Yes, wonderful. Your composition is great and for me it tells a story without showing too much...just the necessary elements. I like the way the load is almost pushing her out of the bottom of your picture.

The size of the load is emphasised by the framing here. A very strong shot. A pity about the sharp shadows, and yet it also emphasises the way that carrying that load is not a minor consideration.
