I would be very interested to learn your technique for getting critical focus even half way near the subject. My efforts almost invariably result in a vague blob in the foreground representing a breathless me, the subject, having galloped into the frame. And a background sharp beyond belief. Thanks for sharing.

I like the tones in this. They blend quite well together. You look like a movie star of generations ago, when movie stars did not all look the same.
