Thanks everyone, Her great grandmother said "Take her picture." She really didn't want her picture taken but decided to please great grandma. This was just a quick snap as she leaned back in the chair from playing on the computer. The background was light and cluttered, so I just burned it black. -- Bob K.

nice use of opposing diagonals eyes & mouth vs body. Colors are nice and deep w/o looking oversaturated and the sharpness is right all the way through.

Very very good colors! The skin can be the hardest to get right and you've done that. I think the pink color in the shirt is very flattering for a young girls portrait, look at how it brings out her lips and blue eyes. The colors of her hair look great and natural too.

Really like the clarity of this portrait, and the pose implies to me a real sense of fun. Great colours too and I like the dark background. Alistair
