This photo was taken at Venice Beach sometime in the mid 50's.
I have No Clue what sort of 'get-up' I am wearing. I do remember
hating to dress up, have my long hair combed and being called
a little wild Indian. %:)

When I happened upon this snap a few years ago, I asked my Mother
what was up with that outfit. She looked at it and replied "that
is not my child".

I'm still not sure if she was kidding..grin. I think I look like
a newly arrived refugee, hence the title.
