I seem to have brought a violent bug back from Cuba. On Monday I was throwing up and since then it's got a little better but mainly because I haven't been eating, and when I do eat....! Of course I'm checked the internet and found that I have a great number of illnesses - some are contagious, so please wash your hands after viewing this. Perhaps I'd better go to the Docs for some professional advice.......
