Graphics Challenge #70. This week's challenge theme is Send In The Clowns.
We have supplied two starting images (smiling girls and smiling man),
you supply the digital makeup to transform them into clowns.

Started with Photoshop Elements: Put clown noses on everyone, clown lipstick on the lady.
Filters - poster edges and cutout. Added man in background and lowered the opacity. Opened the
image in Painter and used Tonal Control on the whole image and used the Image Hose to
add the greenery (bay leaves) to the girl's hair.
