Auntie Florence taught me how to truly fly...

Fall Freedom Fun Forest

sweet bluebird of love
treasuring those story times
she is with me now

"17" magic of Oz always :):):)

DREAM~~~DARE~~~DIVE!!! :):):)

hope you had/have an Auntie Florence in your life...

on mystical wings as Judy Garland serenades with
her most beautiFULL "Over the Rainbow"

Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high
There's a land that I heard of
Once in a lullaby

Somewhere over the rainbow
Skies are blue
And the dreams that you dare to dream
Really do come true

Some day I'll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where troubles melt like lemondrops
Away above the chimney tops
That's where you'll find me

Somewhere over the rainbow
Bluebirds fly
Birds fly over the rainbow
Why then, oh why can't I?
Some day I'll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where troubles melt like lemondrops
Away above the chimney tops
That's where you'll find me

Somewhere over the rainbow
Bluebirds fly
Birds fly over the rainbow
Why then, oh why can't I?

If happy little bluebirds fly
Beyond the rainbow
Why, oh why can't I?

John, you're one of the lucky ones who had an Aunty Florence who taught you how to fly, so remember her by soaring! Lift your spirits to the sky, live, love, laugh and be happy!

Dear John,
Your photos and creativity brought me to tears. Thank you so much for the inspiration and compliments. I wish I were Glenda and could grant everyone's wishes, but I do what I can being the mere mortal that I am. By the way, my doctor's grandfather wrote "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," one of my favorite songs which I taught to my students.
I just discovered your website and I'm just stunned by your beautiful photos, art and poetry. Yes, 17 is a very significant number that can bring magic into our world. I've written many haikus with my class as well. JD is continuing to bring amazing people into my life. I'm glad I found you through John via Mel ....and it's so cool that you are also a John, but I would be very impressed with you whatever your name is!~
Thank you again for sharing your wonderment, joy and sorrow through your rich creative talents. I look forward to seeing and enjoying more from you!
