Ok, so this one deserves an explanation.

Yes, I play World of Warcraft. Yes, it's kind of like an addiction... (I didn't think I was THAT bad, really...)

The expansion set was released yesterday. I'd been expecting my copy to be delivered by Amazon that day. And to my shock and horror.... by the end of the day, nothing had showed.

So jonesing for it was I that, when at 11PM yesterday evening I lamented my lack of a copy to the folks online who had gone out the night before at midnight to get their copy, well... they felt my pain.

And one of them, a good friend of mine who shall remain nameless (but who's initials are DG) and happenes to live within 5 miles of me, just casually mentioned that he had purchased TWO copies and was willing to help me out with my addiction, well... I couldn't help myself.

One speedy run through the ice slick streets of the wilds of far northern Plano just before midnight later, I had my copy, and both my wife and his were shaking their heads, lamenting the fact that they'd married some STRANGE men.

So of course, it had to be the Photo of the Day.
