This is the reason I wanted to buy this super big lens! I want to capture lovely images of the beautiful birds that visit my garden, and this male Northern Cardinal looked wonderful today on the ice covered branches. He was kind enough to even give me time to change lenses, I was in my kitchen, not outside in the freezing cold, or he would have flown away for sure (I don't have a blind like Jay does!).
