Things are moving along on the fast track. The sheet rock is being floated and the bricks are almost finished. Things are looking great. I'm like a kid waiting for Santa Claus.

Good looking place there, buddy! However, I would think you'd try to avoid the word "floated" when referring to your drywall. :-)
