My camera...never leave home without it. LOL I took this while in the emergency room before my open heart surgery. It coulda been my last shot! Makes me laugh at myself now.

I tried to keep it under my pillow but it was just too lumpy! LOL

Agree with brent here. Can I ask an intimate question. Do you even sleep with your camera? :)) Very nice shoot

Ah! This explains a lot - first why you are able to get so many "opportune" shots and second why the doctors knock us out when they are doing surgery (They don't like the flash in their eyes when they are "going in". Great shot and part of a heroic story, Shirley!

Now that is what I call dedication to your art Shirely! I hope you didn't get home and find a lenscap missing :( Great shot as well! Alistair

I'm sure laughing Endika!!! That is exactly how it went...Were you there? ;o) The problem with having the camera with someone took a photo of me right after the surgery with my camera. I found it on there when I was finally home. LOL

I can imagine the scene:
- Doctor, it's all well gone?
- Oh, yes... but the most difficult has been to separate the camera from her eye!
