A reasonable picture, but actually sharing this to show off my workaround for the noise on the FZ 30 at ISO 400. Simply set it to Black and White! The noise is far less offensive this way.

1/30s f/3.6 at 67.1mm iso400 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

Good photo, especially considering a pretty slow shutter speed at a pretty healthy zoom. The b/w looks nice, regardless of whether you did it to reduce noise or for artistic purposes.
