by adapting this tutorial: http://www.wetzelandcompany.com/MonthlyTip7.html (had to figure out how to get the ripple on the white edge, which required making a selection on a new layer and filling with white) Notice that the picture is slightly rippled too...that wasn't my intention but it doesn't look bad!
