Robert cooked the turkey this year. We decided not to stuff it, and I think that is the preferred method of the future. It cooks faster, of course. All you heat transfer jocks out there understand that. Plus, you can bake the stuffing separately and it will come out just right. There is a school of thought that you should grind the stuffing. I personally don't subscribe to that because it takes perfectly good stuffing and turns it into floor grout.
