Planetary Hat Trick

Conjuction of Mercury, Jupiter, and Mars on the morning of December 10, 2006. In this image, the top left most spot is actually a star (Beta Scorpii) in the constellation Scorpius. Mercury is just below and to the right of the star, Jupiter is below and to the right of Mercury, and Mars is to the far right. If you look closely you may also be able to see another star, Omega1 Scorpii, in the constellation Scorpius, below and to the right of Jupiter.

I have a more detailed description of this at http://www.balinka.com/mmj.htm
