The child is Effie Eliza McGee, my Great-Great Grandmothers sister. Effie Eliza was born January 1, 1897 and died April 20, 1912. The woman holding her is Elizabeth Adock Mcgee, her mother, who was born July 11, 1875. This photo was probably taken in 1905.
