Yes, I agree with you totally. I love these facades too. You can see the pictures of the national Georgian identity. These days it is seldom to see such facades. Today everything is so similar all over the world that you can not identify neather national feeling of designers eather some kind of integrity of your own artistic world. I suppouse this facades were designed by the world-known Georgian artist Zurab Tsereteli(you can find about him in Google or wikipedia.org).
