transition from fall to winter - brent

Well Fall has finally given way to winter. The leaves are off the trees and the rivers and lakes are starting to freeze up. Stay tuned - I have a feeling there is more to follow.

I have to tell you, today when I was checking on the galleries I noticed something in your thumbnail I hadn't seen last night. I just think it is worth sharing?? The ice that is wrapping around on the left side looked like a head scarf and to each side of the leaf is an eye, and then I see a turned down mouth, a troubled face. Hummm, maybe you could see this on e-bay for a small fortune, like the toast!

You are in your season Brent and here it shows with another beautiful shot of ice. The leaf partially sticking out of the ice really made this nice! I also like the way that ice seems to be circling the leaf for the final hard ice kill. Thanks so much for entering!
