Please forgive my oversight. The photos in this gallery were taken during a recent visit by my husband to see his family. What startled me above everything else is how colorful the leaves were
in mid November. When I lived there years ago, these beautiful colors would be long gone.
Nederland is among the countries most dramatically affected by the climactic change yet to
be acknowledged by many in the United States. This is a beautiful but eerie sight.
