Me: "I'd like to have my board serviced."
Store Guy: "Sure, what would you like done."
Me: "I just need it hot-waxed and the edges sharpened."

Store Guy takes my board...

Store Guy: "Buddy, you have no more base left on your board."
Me: "Well, I just wanted to get one more season out of it."
Store Guy: "Sure, but, YOU HAVE NO MORE BASE ON YOUR BOARD."

Gonna go snowboarding this weekend, base or no base on my board.
