I apologize for the quality of most of these shots. The Merlin was quite far away and the lighting was terrible, so a high ISO had to be used for most shots. Great distance+high ISO=crappy shots. But it was interesting to watch this Merlin. It perched on this limb for over 3 hours after it ate this bird! Most of these shots will be removed as I'll get sick of looking at the graininess and white sky. Look at the Merlin shots from Sandy Hook for what this camera is capable of.
