This hous has been vacant for years since the miner's widow passed away. Roslyn at one time had many widows after their man died in the mine.

This has always been one of my favorite houses in Roslyn. I've lived in several houses nearby, and trapped skunks from the house next door. (Skunks seem to be the town mascot as there are so many of them!) My business was (is) called Cle Elum Stinks.
