My human tells me I look fine.
It’s not something I work out for. It is what nature gave me.
Dogs are not vain. We are what we are and what our parents gave us.
Wish I knew if I have my mother’s looks or my father’s…

What is it exactly that makes a dog look fine to a human, I wonder.
Many dogs are much too big. Some dogs I meet look like walking sausages.
Too much food, too much fat, too many sweets, too many cookies..?
But their humans still seem to believe they look fine… It’s complicated.
Maybe it’s love. Love can blind the human eye, right?
