I changed from the Hilton Hotel to the Taj Land's End for convenience and reliable internet connectivity. Arriving at the Taj, I was kept me waiting for more than 35 minutes...only to have the room that was allocated to me "gifted" to someone else! Clearly I was unimpressed and it took some restraint to refrain from swearing. Being a Taj Inner Circle member, I complained...and promptly got upgraded to the Club floor...and so could enjoy this view!!
