Yup ! A stonefish
At each end of the barbs are... poisonnus points and the venom is similar to that of a rattlesnake. Touch it and your holliday is over and you'll be in such pain, you'll want your fingers cut-off. They love to hide on wrecks or at the cave's entrences etc.
