drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and sprinkled with spices

sounds ordinary . . . . but NO!

The balsamic vinegar I used was a gift from Snootydog . . and . .

O . . .MY . . .GAWD

I have never tasted so smooth a vinegar . . I almost wanted to drink it!
