How much is that doggie in the window?

I believe Doris Day sang that song a few years ago. Anyway, I noticed this girl (the ribbons give me a clue) as she watched intently from her post at the window. I can’t tell if she is smiling or sad. We had another beautiful day so she had a continual parade of people walking by.
