I use Paintshop Pro X and I cannot for the life of me
seem to learn layers. I am visual. They are abstract!

I've tried:

I have created two copies of an image, in addition to the original.
Whenever I click
on one of the
copies to edit it, the adjustment I make will show up in the edit box
but then when I click on apply it doesn't show up in the copy I am editing.
Am I stupid? What am I doing wrong?!!!

Heeeellllllllppppppp!!! I feel like my creative juices are all bottled up, here.

(By the way, this image had nothing to do with my request...
it's just a feeler I put out there for a response. Shameless, I know.)
