I stopped by the studio of my friend,
and professional wedding photographer
J.J. "Juan" Valdez, a true talent. On
wedding photography, JJ says he hates the
gig, but only does it because, "It pays the
rent."

We both praised the charms of one of our
favorite workhorses, the Nikon D1X. JJ said,
"Sam could you believe it's only 5 megapixels?"
I said, bro, those 5 megapixels are a wonderlust!
We both liked the image quality better than the
great D200. The resolution isn't better, obviously,
but it's got something special.
