Looking north at Beesons in Wayne Co. Rusty switchstand in center of photo marks connecting switch to Connersville & New Castle nee' Indiana HiRail / PC / NYC / WWV coming in from left. Until 1931 this was a diamond with WWV continuing north to Hagerstown along canal (NKP bridge behind switch stand). Ex-NKP track in foreground ends a few hundred feet behind photographer. Ex-NKP north of here is welded rail and used daily by C&NC.
