As I gazed at a recent post by Pete I realized that I could just grab a quick shot of my breakafast today.

Pete, A.K.A. as VirginiaCoastline is one of the early enrollers in the PAD craziness. One thing I have learned from her is “When in need of a shot, shoot food.”
