This is a detail of a mushroom that popped up in the back yard. I don't claim to know mushrooms, but it seems to be the funnel hydnum, based on a picture in my mushroom field guide. The EXIF data is incomplete, because the lens was a manual focus 90mm Tokina macro, with the OM adapter. The aperture was really f/8 (equivalent to f/16 in 35mm). The blue background comes from a tee shirt I used as a bakground cloth on my patio table.
