These chalk art works are from Bakersfield's 8th annual Via Arte.
Because of rain last Friday, many of the complex works were only
partially completed as the judging took place.
I must apologize to all my Pbase friends who have viewed and commented
on my posts in spite of my lack of comments on theirs.
My work commitments and political involvement leading
up to the November election, have required most of my time.
I promise after November 7, and the Democrats have a majority in
at least the House, I will return to Pbase with vigor.
Until then, I will post as I can.
