They are good for you
high in protein . . .of course peanuts are the highest, but they aren't nuts at all
high in fats too but they are good fats . . however don't over do it
half a cup of cashews a day and you will put on a pound a week
and for those of you interested in selenium . . .
just two brazil nuts (not shown here) a day will give you more than your needed requirement of that elusive nutrient =)
