The world-renowned Taizé Meditational/Prayer Community in the Macôn-ville area, Burgundy, France.

Saturday evening prayer is celebrated as a vigil of the Resurrection, a festival of light. On Friday evenings, the icon of the Cross is placed
in the center of the Church. Those who wish can come and pray around in silence, as a way of entrusting to God one's burdens
and those of others, and so accompanying the Risen Christ who remains close to all who are undergoing trial.
