Mother of a fallen soldier

Jajce, Bosnia

The woman in the center is the mother of the young officer who had been killed that morning. The Franciscan friar, left, performed a brief service at the family's home, and then a handful of soldiers took the remains for burial. The burial party was kept to a minimum in case of shelling of the funeral, a common tactic.

Serbs are cowards, through all the ages..The Franciscans in Bosnia and Herzegovina deserve all respect, they were always with their people through the history. They risked their lives for the wellbeing of their Croatian people.
In the time of Turkish occupation of BiH,they had to work illegal, most of the time, and people called them with secret names, like"Uncles".They are heart and soul of Croatian people in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
