On the corner of the Kraanlei stands the "De Fluitspeler" house in the baroque style which has a richly decorated upper façade dating from 1669.
Next to it you can see the "Zeven Werken van Barmhartigheid" house that looks toward the Alijn hospital where the matchless Museum of Medicine is housed.
