This hangar, and the U. S. Weather Bureau Weather Station on the right, were located just east of LeJeune Road (E. 8 Avenue in Hialeah, NW 42 Avenue in Dade County) and E. 57 Street in Hialeah (NW 111 Street in Dade County). According to the state archives, this hangar was utilized by Pitcairn Aviation, the predecessor to Eastern Air Lines, and by Eastern Air Lines.
