The blend of images #1 & #2 using the mask of image #3 to control what & how much of #1 & #2 to use in order to achieve this final image.
Of course, this foreground (shadows) could have been exposed even further when shot but that's an "artistic" call. I chose this version because that's what it looked like to me on a "cold & dark morn".
