The first time I'd ever heard of or seen a Monkey Tree was when I took my trip to the northeast of England and Scotland. These are amazing trees! It's so hard to explain them to anyone and I wonder why they haven't been introduced in the states for ornamental trees. Those branches are as big around as a mans arm and very long. The biggest one I saw stood as tall as most of our White Pines or Blue Spruce trees. Anyways, fun to see you got a nice shot here of one.
