This is outstanding, Kal. All is fantastic in this image: idea, mood, composition, humour and sadness in the same time... and so on...
I wish my English were better I could explain better why. But others have already written many interesting things about it. Vote!

This is really excellent and one of my favorites! Love the colors and composition. Not that this is what it's about, but I could see this becoming a stock photo or even a greeting card somehow! Anyway, really nice find. Vote.

"You are what you mop" (Kal Khogali, 2006) :). Great find, capture and presentation on this Kal. Like you and everyone else, I see this as a metaphor for life. Different colour hair, clothes, stances, conversations - but all still in the same line. Then one bold soul breaks outside the mould. He'll go onto great things that one :). V

This picture is almost a study of society, a form of social photography, the kind of picture to be left as a legacy to our grandchildren, a photograph that will have more anthropological value over time.

Yes, oddity out of uniformity, the destiny of common people.
Powerful, symbolic one.

Really neat personification. A tribunal? a queue for work? Taking orders from the boss? A hanginig?! I think there's a jovial whiling away the time atmosphere. Superb!
