Mount Shasta from the East Side

Okay, I know you are probably wondering if I am ever going to take a picture this week after the slew of shots posted from the big NW flying tour with Jack Loftis. Well, not quite yet. I’m still processing the over 150 images to make a CD to send to him, and I’ll also post some of them to Pbase. Until then you’ll have to be happy with this shot of Mount Shasta taken from the East on our return from Klamath Falls to Palo Alto.

I would far rather a beautiful shot like this than have you scrambling around to take a photo of your neighbors empty mailbox just because you need a peso! Robin, this is gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous. Your sensor is ready for a cleaning though. It doesn't affect this image but it will affect others.

I remember seeing Shasta in 1966 on the way back from Seattle to New orleans. This is one of the places I'd like to return to.............one day, thanks for sharing
