Hello Mr. Herlong. This is Chuck Garbett--I worked for you at Delta from 1973/74. Before then I first knew you at The Country Club of Miami where my dad and I worked. I wish to thank you for being so great and kind to me--what few regrats I have in life was leaving Delta when I did. Ray/Art/ and yourself were first class individuals. You have lived such a wonderful life! I wish all the best to you and your wife.

Mr. Measner and Mrs. Measner were two of the most warm, loving, and wonderful persons I have ever had the privilege of knowing. My family and the Measners were neighbors for many years in Hialeah. I was saddened to hear of Mr. Measner's passing. My and my entire family's condolences to their children (Jim, Jack, & Linda) and their respective families. God bless you Mr. Measner, may you rest in peace in God's heavenly grace.

And your name is synonymous with Delta Air Lines at MIA too, Mr. Herlong. Congrats on hanging in there for so long and best wishes for more years to come. Thank you for posting here.
